Acupressure to Relieve Stress & Tension

My chiropractor and acupunturist can even tell when I use my mat regularly. I even use an acupressure ball (about the size of a tennis ball) while I’m driving long distances, pressing the ball into my shoulder and it helps keep the muscles from tightening up.
